To be fair, it is understandable to not want to go to church on vacation. When traveling abroad or taking a vacation, we feel like we would be uncomfortable and glaring in a church full of strangers. The idea of not knowing anyone at a church is something that can give us a certain amount of anxiety. There could be a language barrier to contend with, and there could also be a matter of finding someone to take care of the children, if you have any.
